东黄复线输油泵运行的合理匹配

Reasonable Matching for Pump Operation in Dongying - Huangdao Parallel Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 东黄复线受进口原油数量和原油抵岸日期的限制, 日、旬、月输油计划变化较大, 导致黄岛首站5台输油泵与管道运行计划不匹配。根据这种状况, 对黄岛油库外输泵实施科学匹配, 对泵匹配前后的运行参数及经济效益进行了对比。采用优化运行方案后可以达到节能降耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: The scheme in oil transportation in Dongying-Huangdao Parallel Oil Pipeline varies in daily, decade and month due to the limitation of imported unloaded oil and oil landed date, which results in the mismatch between the 5 pumps in Huangdao Initial Station and operation scheme of the pipeline. Therefore, a scientific rematching for the pumps in Huangdao tank farm is made. An economical comparison on the operational parameters of the pumps before and after matching is done. The energy saving target can be reached after the new optimal operation scheme is put into use.
