The Influence of Bauschinger Effect upon the Strength of X65 Pipe Steel

  • 摘要: 进口X65卷板制管后屈服强度明显下降, 通过包申格效应试验, 分析制管过程中的应力、应变对钢管屈服强度的影响, 对进口卷板制管前后屈服强度的变化情况进行了详细研究, 指出了影响钢管强度的几个主要因素。

     

    Abstract: The yield strength of X65 steel pipe is obviously decreased after pipe making. An analysis on the stress and strain of the pipe occurred in Bauschinger Effect test and pipe making process is made. The variation of yield strength before and after pipe making with imported steel plate is analyzed and discussed.
