水平管段塞流液塞长度分布试验研究

摘要: 在内径为50mm的水平管中, 对空气、水段塞流下的液塞长度分布进行了试验研究。试验结果表明, 该流态下的液塞长度呈对数正态分布, 平均液塞长度与气液相混合速度具有典型的二次多项式关系。当折算液速较小时, 反映液塞长度波动长程相关性的Hurst指数与气液相混合速度具有递增的线性关系, 液塞长度分布遵循分形统计规律。Abstract: Liquid slug length distributions of air/water slug flow in 50 mm i. d. horizontal pipe are investigated for a large range of gas and liquid superficial velocities. The results indicate that the distributions of liquid slug lengths can be well fitted by log-normal distributions, and the average liquid slug length have a typical function relationship of quadratic polynomial with the superficial mixture velocities of gas-liquid in a given liquid superficial velocity. When the liquid superficial velocity retains a lesser value, the Hurst exponent which reflects the long-distance correlation characteristic of the liquid slug lengths fluctuation has a linearly increasing relationship with the superficial mixture velocity. Then, the liquid slug length distributions obey the fractal statistics' law.
