X70管材常规力学性能检测结果分析

Experiment and Analysis on the Conventional Mechanics Characteristics of Weld Metal for X70 Pipe Steel

  • 摘要: 结合涩宁兰输气管道X70管材试验段的管材焊接情况, 对X70管材焊接金属进行了常规力学性能试验, 试验发现, 试样焊缝拉伸断口有气孔、弯曲试样发生脆断、焊缝低温夏比冲击值偏低且离散性较大, 针对这些现象从宏观和微观上进行了分析和探讨。

     

    Abstract: Based on the welding inspection results of test pipe sections in Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou gas pipeline, the experiment and analysis on the conventional mechanics characteristics of weld metal for X70 pipe steel are carried out. During the sample experiment of weld metal, the pinhole in notch in tensile test, the brittle fracture in bending test and high discreteness of Sharpy V test are found. The macro and micro analysis on the experiment results are made.
