山区地段长输管道线路设计要点

The Design Key Point on Mountainous Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以兰成渝管道建设为例, 介绍了山区地段管道选定线设计中的各种敷设方式。针对山区地段的特殊地形、地貌, 提出了管道变壁厚设计、防腐层的选用、管道上下涵敷设方式、转角处理方式以及水工保护工程的实施步骤等要点, 并特别强调了山区地段管道水工保护的重要性。

     

    Abstract: Take the construction of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline as an example, the paper provides some methods for pipeline built in mountainous areas. In the light of the special terrains and ground features existed in mountainous areas, the design key point on the different wall-thickness design, selection of pipe coating, water draining ways of pipeline, turning point design of pipeline and hydrotechnological protection are given. The importance on hydrotechnological protection of pipeline in mountainous areas is emphasized.
