输油管道系统水击分析与计算

Water Hammer Analysis and its Application in Oil Pipeline System

  • 摘要: 水击是输油管道系统中经常出现的一种不稳定流现象。当管内压力由于水力瞬变而发生急剧变化时, 如果某高点未出现因压力低于油品的饱和蒸气压而产生的负压汽化现象, 则流动为单相流动, 但如果出现负压汽化现象, 则处于该点的管段内液体的流动就演变成了气液体两相流动, 增大了水击分析的难度。对管内单相流动和含气泡液体两相流动进行了水击分析, 认为分析结果可以真实地反映油品在管内流动的规律, 并且可以全面用于模拟和分析管道系统的各种工况, 确保管道在安全的前提下优化运行。

     

    Abstract: Water hammer is a sort of phenomenon of unsteady flow. It often occurs in oil pipeline system. When the pressure in pipe has changes actually caused by hydraulically transient flow, if the boiloff does not exist at some high place where the pressure is not lower than the vapor pressure of oil, the flow in pipe is single-phase flow; otherwise, a gas-liquid two-phase flow will appear in the local pipe, which makes the water hammer analysis more difficult. Thus, it is necessary and important to analyze not only single-phase but also two-phase flow. In this way, the flow laws can be truly reflected, and all kinds of running statuses can be roundly simulated in pipeline system to ensure its safe and optimum operation.
