抑制汽油挥发技术的进展

The Progress and Prospect in Retarding Techniques of Gasoline Evaporation

  • 摘要: 在石油开发、炼制及销售的储运过程中, 汽油挥发对环境质量、企业的经济效益及安全生产造成了较大的危害, 减少汽油挥发损耗一直是油品储运工作者关注的一个重点研究课题。对国内外降低汽油挥发损耗所采取的各种措施进行了综述, 并在分析浮顶罐技术利弊和氟表面活性剂特性的基础上, 提出了用不溶单分子膜技术抑制汽油挥发的设想。

     

    Abstract: Gasoline evaporation is harmful to the environmental quality, prof it of the relative enterprises and the process safety in the crude oil storage, transportation, refining and product sales. Reducing the evaporation loss is always an important research project in the storage and transportation department. Some techniques taken to reduce the evaporation loss of gasoline are reviewed in this paper. Based on the analysis to the floating roof tank's technique and the behaviors of fluorocarbon surfactants, an insoluble monolayer film technique which is used to retard evaporation of gasoline is proposed in this paper.
