土工格室在长输管道水力侵蚀防护中的应用

The Application of Cellular Confinement System in Anti-Hydraulic Erosion of Long Distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 阐述了土质坡面的侵蚀机理及其对管道的危害。为解决管道传统护坡治理方式存在的问题, 引入了特种土工合成材料——土工格室。对土工格室的固土和消能作用的机理进行了分析, 提出了一种新型的长输管道护坡方式——土工格室草皮护坡, 该护坡方式已成功应用于涩宁兰输气管道工程建设中, 具有实用、环保、造价低廉等优点。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the erosion mechanism of slope and threat to pipelines. To overcome the drawbacks existed in the conventional slope protections, the cellular confinement system is introduced to use. The specification and performance of this system are given. On the basis of soil-fixing and anti-erosion, a new type cellular confinement system is provided. Being practical, environment protective and cost-effective, such type has found application in the construction of Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline and proved to be a success. It provides good experience to the future construction of long distance pipelines.
