Technology Advances Key Worldwide Gas Pipeline Developments

  • 摘要: 管道工业在过去一百年里发展迅速, 目前输气管道的运行压力已由1910年的0.2MPa提高到1990年的12~15 MPa, 管径也由406mm提高到现在的1219~1422 mm。管道工业在设计与施工技术、材料和保护、检测技术、气体计量、压缩机站设备、自动化控制、数据与文档管理、智能化运行与改善经营环境等方面取得了突出的技术进步。进入21世纪的世界管道工业, 就高强度低合金钢用于高压输气管道的适用性、扩大复合钢管的应用范围、机械化和自动化施工(焊接)、管道安全评估、SCADA与卫星等技术问题展开研究, 以期依靠技术进步, 促进管道工业的更快发展。

     

    Abstract: The pipeline industry worldwide has got a rapid development since the last century in pipeline technology. The MAOP of gas transmission pipeline is greatly increased from 0. 2 MPa of the last century to 12-15 MPa of this century, and the diameter of pipeline is increased from 406 mm to nowadays 1219- 1422 mm. Especially since the 80's-90's of 1900s, the technological advancements of pipeline industry have obtained in design and construction techniques, materials and protection, records, data management inspection techniques, measurement compression, automation, smart pipelining and business environment. At present, some technological topics are being discussed and studied for the pipeline industry, that is, the suitability of high-strength low alloy steels (HSLA) in high-pressure gas transmission pipeline system, the potential use of composite-reinforce line pipe (CRLP) as a potential application for transmission pipeline systems, mechanized and automated pipeline construction (welding), self-assessment techniques, and use of GPS, satellite imagery and sensing.
