Corrosion Analysis of Long Distance Buried Oil Pipeline and Protective Measures

  • 摘要: 通过对鲁宁(山东—仪征)输油管道的防腐层状况、恒电位仪运行参数和管道本体进行调查分析认为, 管道腐蚀的主要原因是由于管道防腐层的老化造成剥离, 形成剥离覆盖层对阴极电流的屏蔽, 致使剥离覆盖层下的管道处于腐蚀状态中, 形成保护死角所致。提出加强管道防腐层检补漏、大修和增设阴极保护装置等措施是延长管道使用寿命的最佳方法。

     

    Abstract: An investigative result is obtained through analysis on the pipeline coating, operational parameters of potentiostats and pipe body in LuNing Pipeline (Shandong-Yizheng Oil Pipeline). It is considered that the aged coating results in disbonding, which shields the cathodic current to make the pipe under the disbonded coating in corrosion state. In the paper, the protective measures in repairing the disbonded coating, overhauling the coating and installing sufficient CP devices, which can effectively elongate the service life of pipeline, are present.
