大型浮顶油罐防火间距的可行性论证

Feasibility Demonstration on Spacing of Large-scale Floating Roof Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 对于大型浮顶油罐的防火间距, 在介绍国外标准和做法的基础上, 从安全、经济以及实践经验等方面论证了大型浮顶油罐20m防火间距的可行性。结论是GB50074—2002《石油库设计规范》第6.0.5条规定, 浮顶油罐、内浮顶油罐之间的防火间距按0.4 D计算大于20m时, 最小可取20m。该规定兼顾了确定油罐间距所要考虑的四个主要因素(防火要求、消防操作要求、消防设施的能力和经济利益), 符合安全可靠、经济合理的工程建设原则。

     

    Abstract: The feasibility demonstration on 20 m spacing for large-scale floating roof oil tank is made from safety, economy and experiences. The conclusion can be seen in the clause 6.0.5 of GB50074—2002, which considers the four factors in determination tank spacing in fire control requirements extinguishment requirements, scope of fire control and economic prof its, meets the needs of safety, reliability and cost-effective principles in tank construction.
