拱顶油罐喷油爆裂的原因分析

Cause Analysis on Cracking of Dome Roof Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 从拱顶油罐的设计数据和运行状况、罐内油浆参数变化和油浆发生沸溢喷溅三个方面分析了南方沿海某炼厂成品油车间G—09号油罐喷油爆裂的原因, 指出罐内温度过高、罐底水垫层和罐内冷凝水汽化引起罐内承载压力超过设计压力值是导致油罐喷油爆裂的主要原因。同时还介绍了修复损坏油罐的方法。

     

    Abstract: A 100 m3 dome roof oil tank was cracked during vapor purging in 1993. In this article, the author analyzes the failure cause, presents repair method according to corresponding standards.
