克乌成品油管道首站工艺技术

The Process Design for Kelamaye-Urumchi Initial Station of Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对克乌成品油管道工艺流程的分析, 详细讨论了管道首站的泵机组组合方式、站区管网设计、油品切换以及压力调节的工艺设计特点, 总结了首站关键环节的工艺设备和技术要点, 对其它成品油管道的建设具有一定的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: Kelamayi-Urumchi Products Pipeline, 287 km in total length, 273 mm in diameter, 90×104 t/a in capacity and 6.0 MPa, transports #70 and #90‘ gasoline, #0 and #-10 diesel. The authors analyze the process flow of the pipeline with batch transportation method, study the running combination ways of pump sets, the design of station pipeline network, products switchover and pressure adjustment, summarize the key point of batch transportation process, which will provide to other products pipelines for reference.
