我国油气管道防腐层大修技术现状

On Pipeline Coating Displacement of Oil and Gas Pipelines in China

  • 摘要: 我国大部分油气管道已投入运行30余年, 对石油沥青防腐层进行检测并及时发现和解决防腐层存在的问题, 是一项保证油气管道安全运营的重要工作。介绍了各种检测技术及其适用范围, 给出了管道防腐层大修的决策依据, 叙述了旧防腐层清除、管道表面处理和大修用防腐层的选择、大修质量控制等项工作内容, 提出了目前我国管道防腐层大修过程中亟待解决的问题。

     

    Abstract: Most of the oil pipelines and part of gas pipelines in China have been used more than 30 years so far, and the coating mainly consisted of petroleum asphalt is basically aged due to the long-term's service. The inspection to the coating to find and solve the problems on damage, cathodic disbanding and failure and so on in this kind of coating is very important to ensure the safety operation of the pipelines. In this paper, the inspection technologies and their application scopes are introduced, the displacement decision base of pipeline coating is given, the removal of old coating (aged coating), the preparation of pipe steel and the selection of new coating and quality control of coating displacement are described. The authors put forward some problems to urgently solved in coating displacement of oil and gas pipelines in China.
