The Importance of Advanced International Inspection Technology Used in Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外管道检测技术, 阐述了陕京输气管道采用国际先进检测技术应满足的技术指标, 提出了检测容许缺陷与壁厚的关系, 论述了陕京输气管道所需检测系统在机械性能、电子电路系统和信号处理系统等方面的先进性。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the intelligent inspection technology of pipeline, the international inspection indexes used in Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline are explained, and the relationship between the allowable defects and thickness of pipeline is presented. As a results, the advanced technology on the mechanical property, electron system, circuit/system and signal process system meeting the requirements of Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline is reviewed. The author considers that the advanced inspection technology used in the pipeline will play an important role for the pipeline's safety operation.
