模糊控制在库鄯输油管道中的应用

The Application of Fuzzy Control System in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以库鄯输油管道首站主泵控制系统为例, 对输油主泵的控制原理、设计方案及实际应用程序进行了分析, 指出对于单输入、多输出的主泵控制系统采用模糊控制优于传统的PID控制。经库尔勒首站输油主泵实际应用证明, 模糊控制系统具有较好的稳定性, 比较适宜在复杂的非线性、时变性、不确定性的控制系统中应用。

     

    Abstract: Take the initial station pump controlling system in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline as an example, the control principle, design scenario and actual operation of oil pump are analyzed. It is pointed out that for the pump controlling system with single input and multi-output, the fuzzy controlling is better than traditional PID controlling. The application of this fuzzy controlling system in Korla initial station shows that this system is characterized by a high stability, which realizes the optimal controlling to the adjustment of flow rate, inlet pressure and outlet pressure for the oil pump system. This system can be used in the controlling system with complicated nonlinearity, time variety and uncertainty.
