如何减少长输管道热煨弯管用量

The Necessity to Decrease Using Hot-bending Bend in Long Distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据大型管道的设计情况, 结合大口径热煨弯管的制造难度, 论述了如何减少热煨弯管用量的一些方法。指出减少热煨弯管用量必须在管道走向合理的情况下实施, 并且管道的质量标准不能降低, 管道的基本埋深不能改浅, 尤其是穿跨越工程, 必须严格按照设计图纸施工。

     

    Abstract: Based on the design characteristics of long distance pipeline and combining the manufacturing difficulties of big-diameter hot-bending bend, the author describes some methods of decreasing using hot-bending bend. It is pointed out that decreasing using hot-bending bend must meet the needs of pipeline routing requirements, but the quality standards of pipeline and burial depth of pipeline should be assured. For the crossing or overhead crossing pipelines, the installation must be done according to design diagrams.
