冻土区阴极保护用参比电极

  • 摘要: 阴极保护对防止管道腐蚀起着重要的作用, 参比电极电位的稳定性将直接影响阴极保护参数测量的准确性。由于参比电极本身不防冻, 不能满足冻土区测量的要求, 因此研制了一种可用于冻土区的参比电极, 该参比电极在低温下不会发生冻结, 电化学性能比较稳定, 可用于冻土区阴极保护参数的测量和控制。

     

    Abstract: The cathodic protection system plays an important role in anti-corrosion of pipeline, while the reliability of 'reference electrode will influence directly the accuracy of parameters measured for the cathodic protection system. The reference electrode itself does not work in frozen soil, which does not meet the needs of measurement conducted in frozen soil. Therefore, developing a reference electrode suited to frozen soil is necessary. In the article, an improved reference electrode used in frozen soil is introduced. This reference electrode, with anti-frozen characteristic at low-temperature and reliable electrochemical performance, can be used in parameters measuring and control in frozen soil.
