顺序输送管道变流速下混油量的计算方法

A Way to Calculate the Volume of the Mixed Section in Batch Transportation While Velocity Changes

  • 摘要: 对于顺序输送, 目前通常采用以平均流速代替管道的实际运行流速来计算混油量, 在流量变化较大的情况下这种计算是不准确的。提出了一种交流速下混油量的计算方法, 该方法考虑了管道实际运行过程中流速的不规律变化, 在一个较小的时间步长内计算混油的增加量, 再进行数值积分, 最终得到油品运行时间内的总混油量。

     

    Abstract: Today formulas being used in batch transportation calculate volumes of mixed sections with the average velocity instead of the real velocity. It is inexact particularly when the velocity changes violently. So a method to calculate the volume of the mixed section under the condition of velocity change is provided. Considering the irregularity of the velocity change in the real operation, the method calculates the increase of the mixed volume in a short span of time firstly, and then makes a numerical integration in the span of the whole operation period. As a result the total volume of the mixed section is obtained.
