惠宁输油管道增输改造工艺的优化设计

Optimized Design on Oil Throughput Stimulation Process in Hui'anbao-Zhongning Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了惠安堡一中宁输油管道进行增输改造的4种工艺方案, 对各种技术方案进行了比较。通过经济评价, 优选出了最经济的换管增输方案, 并结合设计方案, 提出了该增输改造工程主要输油设备的选型。

     

    Abstract: Hui'anbao-Zhongning Oil Pipeline was put into operation in 1978 with a total length of 164 km and 325 mm in diameter, the design pressure was 6.27 MPa, and the design capacity was 400×104 t/a. According to a long-term transportation program, the transportation capacity of the pipeline will be increased from current 218.5×104 t/a to 550×104 t/a in 2005. To achieve it, four stimulation programs are worked out. Through an economy evaluation, the optimized stimulation program (pipe displacement to increase oil throughput) is determined. Combining the design program, the number of main pumping sets are also determined.
