高原地区汽油机车气阻的防治方法

The Anti-Air Lock Method for Automobiles Used in Plateau District

  • 摘要: 分析了高原地区汽油机车易产生气阻的原因, 指出自然环境、油品品质、车辆供油系统结构和人为因素是导致气阻产生的主要因素。提出采用改变汽油滤清器的安装方式、调整汽车特性参数、增强油路和排气系统的隔热与散热能力、优化输油管路设计、换用晶体电动泵、选用高馏分汽油或采用高分子材料涂覆输油管路等方法, 对防治高原地区汽油机车的气阻效果显著。

     

    Abstract: The cause analysis of air lock for the automobiles used in plateau is carried out. It is pointed out that the main factors of the air lock produced are induced by natural environment, products quality, the structure of fuel supply system and human factor. The suggestions to eliminate the air lock are given, including changing the installation way of gasoline filter, adjusting the performance parameter, enhancing the heat isolation and diffusion ability of fuel supply and exhaust system, optimizing the design of fueling system, adopting crystal pump, coating the fueling system with macromolecular material and using quality fraction gasoline.
