The Characteristics of Steel Pipe and Application Environment of Pipeline

  • 摘要: 随着管道输送业的发展, 对管道所用钢管的性能提出了越来越高的要求。通过分析钢材化学成分与金相组织对钢管性能的影响, 以及管道所输介质环境和工程环境对钢管性能的不同要求, 给出了输气管道韧性值的各种计算方法, 指出钢管的性能主要是由钢材的化学成分与炼制工艺所决定的。

     

    Abstract: With the development of pipeline transportation industry, the more and more requirements to the characteristics of steel pipe to be used are put forward. On the basis of analysis on the influence of the chemical compositions of steel materials and metallographic structures to the characteristics of steel pipe, as well as different requirements on the pipeline transportation environments and engineering environments, several calculation methods on toughness indexes of gas transmission pipelines are provided in the paper. It is pointed out that the characteristics of steel pipe are mainly controlled by the chemical compositions of steel and steelmilling process.
