The Gouge Experiment and Study on the External Coating of Buried Steel Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道外防腐层的抗划伤性是决定其应用条件和现场可操作性的重要因素, 通过开展管道防腐层抗划伤试验设备的研究, 建立了一个能清晰评价防腐层抗划伤性能的试验方法。应用该方法对相同原材料之间、不同材料之间的测试进行了比较, 优选出抗机械损伤性能好的原材料和防腐工艺, 进一步提高了管道建设过程中的安全系数, 减少了损伤和修补作业。

     

    Abstract: The gouge test of external coating of buried steel pipeline is an important factor to determine its application condition and site workability. On the basis of study on the gouge experimental equipments for external coating of steel pipeline, a test method that can distinctly evaluate the gouge behavior of coating is established. A gouge comparison between the same materials and different materials is made. Based on the gouge test results, the raw materials and anti-corrosion process with perfect anti-mechanical damage are selected, which increases the safety factors for the pipeline construction and decreases the damage rate of pipeline coating and repair.
