漏磁式智能检测技术在输气管道上的应用

The Application of Magnescan HR in Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 分析了达县—卧龙河输气管道达福段管道内、外腐蚀的原因, 采用首次引进的国外漏磁式智能检测技术对该段管道进行了检测, 通过分析该技术的检测参数、置信度、经济效果评价和存在的缺陷, 提出了减缓管道腐蚀的若干建议。

     

    Abstract: Daxian—Wolonghe Gas Transmission Pipeline to transmit wet natural gas (H2S content is approximately 4.0 g/m3), with a total length of 145 km, located at Sichuan Province, put into operation in 1986. Duo to serious corrosion, leaks were found at 26 locations in the pipeline. To inhibit the corrosion, the Magnescan HR technology introduced is used to the corroded pipeline. By means of analysis of inspection parameters, the confidence level, economic evaluation and inability of this technology as well as the suggestions in inhibiting corrosion of the pipeline are put forward.
