埋地管道弹性敷设竖向转角临界值的计算

Calculation of the Critical Value of Vertical Turning Point for the Buried Pipeline Laying with Elastic Bending

  • 摘要: 对埋地油气管道弹性敷设计算公式中的竖向转角进行了分析, 提出在曲率半径一定的条件下, 存在一个临界值, 对该临界值进行了求解, 得出了简化计算公式。由于该临界值在分别用于油、气管道时存在较大差异, 为此对两部规范中的两种计算管道曲率半径的公式进行了比较, 根据钢结构梁的挠性原理, 推导出了适用于所有埋地钢质管道弹性敷设竖向转角临界值的简化计算公式。运用该简化计算公式可以方便快捷地进行埋地管道的设计计算, 计算结果满足工程要求。

     

    Abstract: An analysis on the vertical turning point used in the equations for the pipe laying with elastic bending is carried out. It is pointed out that a critical value exists under a certain curvature radius. For the value, there are obvious differences when it is respectively used in oil pipeline and gas transmission pipeline. Therefore, the two equations used to calculate the curvature radius of pipe showed in two Stated Standards are compared, and a derivation is made according to the flexibility beam principle of steel structure. The simplified equation to calculate the critical value of vertical turning point for the pipe laying with elastic bending is obtained.
