镇杭成品油管道顺序输送混油的切割与处理

Contaminated Products Cut and Blending of Zhenhai Refinery—Hangzhou Kangqiao Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了镇杭(镇海炼化—杭州康桥)成品油管道工程基本概况, 详细分析了成品油管道顺序输送过程中的混油切割与处理。为进一步提高管输效益, 对混油进行了掺兑调和处理, 并针对该管道混油切割及掺兑调和处理实际运行中存在的问题, 提出了相应的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: Zhenhai Refinery—Hangzhou Kangqiao Products Pipeline, with a total length of 158. 5 km, 355.6×7.1 mm, 6.27 MPa between Zhenhai Initial Station-Shangyu and 2.5 MPa between Shangyu-Xiaoshan, transports #93 gasoline, #90 gasoline, #0 diesel and #3 jet fuel. The transportation succession is #93 gasoline → #90 gasoline → #0 diesel → #3 jet fuel → #0 diesel → #90 gasoline → #93 gasoline. The problems on the contaminated products cut and treatment during the batch transportation are analyzed in detail. To further increase transportation efficiency of the pipeline, the blending method is adopted. For the problems about contaminated products cut and blending produced during the pipeline operation, some effective measures are given.
