LPG输配管道安全评价的不确定性方法

Uncertainty Method of Safety Assessment on LPG Pipeline

  • 摘要: 采用DOW/ICI蒙德法并结合随机抽样推测法, 对苏州工业园区液化石油气管网进行了初期危险性分析和安全性评价, 得到了全体指标值和总危险性评分值。在采取补偿措施后, 再进行不确定性危险度最终评价, 得出苏州工业园区液化石油气管网评价结果为, 管道部分危险度属于‘低’的范畴, 管桥部分危险度属于‘中等’的范畴。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses a practice assessment for LPG pipeline safety by DOW/ICI Mond method with random sampling method. All indexes and general hazardous scores of the preliminary hazardous assessment of LPG pipeline in Suzhou Industry Park are given. The last evaluation of hazardous degrees is made by uncertainty method. The results show that the part of the pipe belongs comparatively to low degree and the part of the bridge belongs to mid degree.
