How to Eliminate Electrostatics during Gasoline Loading of Automobiles

  • 摘要: 针对汽车罐车在灌装轻质油品过程中的不安全因素, 分析了静电产生的成因及流速对静电大小的影响, 在汽车罐车灌装轻质油过程中采用了WX型静电接地系统, 该系统结构简单、容易操作, 并具有显示功能和报警功能, 可有效地防止在灌装过程中的静电接地不良、中断、虚接等现象的发生, 确保了轻质油在汽车罐车灌装过程中的安全。

     

    Abstract: In the light of dangerous factors existed in light products loading of automobiles, the origin of electrostatics and influence of loading speed to electrostatics are analyzed. WX electrostatics grounding system is used in light products loading of automobiles. This system, with simple structure and display and alarm function, can provide a high safety for the automobiles during light products loading.
