液化石油气球罐系统设计应注意的几个问题

Problems on the System Design of LPG Spherical Tank

  • 摘要: 液化石油气具有易燃、易爆、相态易变等特点, 一旦泄漏易引起爆炸。为确保液化石油气球罐的安全, 提出了液化石油气球罐系统在工艺设计和铺助设备选用方面要考虑的问题, 着重就球罐及管道的安全泄放装置、球罐的安装高度、球罐的切水、取样系统、球罐的安全仪表及隔热冷却等问题进行了详细的分析和阐述。

     

    Abstract: This article, the problems to be focused on in the process design and selection of auxiliary equip-or she system design of LPG spherical tank are given. The safety problems in spherical tank and re- uipments, the installation height of tank, the water separation of tank, sampling system, the instru-ect of tank and insulation are analyzed and described.
