用超声波对输油管道进行检漏及定位

Leak Hunting and Location to Oil Pipeline with Ultrasonic Wave

  • 摘要: 介绍了压电陶瓷换能器产生和接收超声波的工作原理, 当输入电压的频率为借振频率时, 超声波在介质中产生的驻波最强。若管道中出现泄漏, 接收换能器的电压立即发生变化, 可以根据这种变化发现泄漏, 进而按拟合曲线或方程式计算出管道泄漏的位置。

     

    Abstract: The principle of producing and receiving ultrasonic wave with the piezoelectric ceramics transducer is introduced. Standing wave is strongest when voltage frequency is resonance. If there is a leak in the pipeline, the voltage of receiving transducer changes immediately. The leak position can be located with curve or formula.
