涩宁兰输气管道清管试压技术

Pigging and Pressure Testing Technology used in Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对涩宁兰输气管道投产前的清管试压工作, 分别从试压方案的制定、试压设备与材料的使用要求、清管器的选择与应用、试压段落的划分和山区大落差对气压试验压力数值的影响等方面, 论述了在管道清管与试压过程中技术难题的解决方法。根据国内管道试压工作的实际情况, 提出了相应的建议。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the pigging and pressure testing before commissioning of Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline, this paper describes trouble-shooting methods for the pigging and pressure testing process from the determination of pressure testing program, the specifications requirements of pressure testing equipments and materials, the selection and application of pigs, the separation of pressure testing section of pipe, and the influence of elevation to the pressure testing data. The corresponding suggestions are given according to the pressure testing conducted in China.
