含蜡原油热输管道沿程温降计算
Calculation and Analysis of Temperature Drop along Buried Hot Waxy Oil Pipeline

摘要: 根据含蜡原油在三个不同温度区域的比热表达式, 从能量平衡关系式出发, 推导出了含蜡原油热输管道沿程温度分布的计算公式, 并与苏霍夫温降公式进行了比较, 认为采用给出的温降计算公式可以得到更为准确的总传热系数, 该计算公式应用于管道设计中, 可延长热站站间距离, 降低出站油温, 并可进一步降低管道最低允许输量。Abstract: Based on the different expressions of waxy oil specific heat for three continual temperature ranges, a formula to calculate the temperature along the hot waxy oil pipeline is derived from the balance of energy. After the results from the formula are compared with those from Sukhov formula, it is pointed out that: (1) the distance between the heating stations can be extended longer or quantity of heat to heating waxy oil can be less supplied; (2) the allowable minimum flow of the pipeline can be calculated to the less rate; (3) the general coefficient of heat transfer along the pipeline can be more exactly computed.
