格拉管道泵站不停输安装加油设施

In-line Installation Fueling Facilities in the Pumping Stations of Golmud——Lhasa Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了格拉管道泵站不停输安装加油设施和自控计量系统的技术要求和系统安装过程。通过在格拉管道沿线泵站安装加油设施, 解决了部队加油难的问题, 提高了加油效率和加油自动化水平, 为带油焊接、不停输实施安装作业提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the technical reform process in in-line installation fueling facilities in the pumping stations of Golmud—Lhasa Products Pipeline in order to provide fueling service to the users around the pipeline. The total job program is consisted of two procedures, one is the determination of technical scenario, the other is the in-line installation of fueling system. The technical requirements in the scenario include determination of the connection to pump control rooms and to the fueling stations, determination of the-installation position of instruments/metering system and safety measurements to be taken in welding. The installation procedures include equipments' transportation and unloading along the line, Construction of civil engineering, welding of pipe manifold, installation of instruments/metering system and pressure testing. By means of in-line installation fueling facilities, the positive results are obtained in fueling efficiency and safety management.
