真空辅助轻油卸车工艺的应用

The Application of Vacuum-serving Lighter Hydrocarbons Unloading Technology

  • 摘要: 分析了离心泵接卸铁路轻油槽车出现管路气阻和泵抽空的原因, 介绍了通过采用真空辅助轻油卸车工艺控制集气罐内真空度、调节卸油管路最高点和离心泵入口两处绝对压力、消除管路气阻和泵抽空的过程。对真空辅助轻油卸车工艺与正压卸车工艺进行了比较, 结果表明, 前者安全性高、能耗低、操作方便, 具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes the causes of air-lock and pump off of centrifugal pump produced during the light ends unloading operation of rail tanker. To solve this problem.the measures to eliminate the air-lock and prevent centrifugal pump from evacuating are presented, that is, controlling the vacuity of gas gathering tank with the technology of vacuum-serving unloading.and adjusting the two absolute pressures at the climax of unloading arm and the inlet of centrifugal pump. An economic comparison is made between the vacuum-serving unloading technology and positive pressure unloading. The results show that the vacuum-serving unloading technology has obvious advantages in high safety, low power consumption and convenient operation.
