  • 摘要: 根据秦皇岛永晖石油储罐外表面腐蚀原因的分析结果, 设计了相应的储罐涂装配套系统。该系统采用快干环氧富锌漆为底漆, 厚涂型环氧涂料为中间漆, 双组分聚氨酯涂料为面漆。利用该涂装系统对5座储罐进行了涂装, 并对使用两年后的涂膜质量进行了检测, 检测结果表明, 储罐涂膜表面光滑, 膜厚无损失, 面漆的性能优异, 该涂装系统适宜沿海地区储罐外壁的涂装。

     

    Abstract: In the light of external corrosion of oil tanks in Yonghui Tank Farm of Qinhuangdao, an coating painting system to solve corrosion problem is developed. With this system, coating painting to corroded external surface of oil tank can easily conduct. The coating painting procedure is that the quick-dying epoxy rich zinc is taken as primer, thickening epoxy coating as an intermediate coating (painting twice time)and the bicomponent polyurethane coating material as face coating. This combination coating material has been used in the corroded tanks. The quality inspection on this coating with two-year-service is made. The results show that the coating is perfect with a smooth surface and original thickness, which is suitable for the oil tanks located at coastal zone.
