圆管分层流的数值模拟

Mathematical Model on Stratified Laminar Flow in Pipe

  • 摘要: 从流体力学中的N-S方程出发, 建立了圆管两相分层层流的流动数学模型。通过两相分层层流相互作用的流体力学分析, 提出了两相流动界面的耦合条件, 得到了一组完整描述两相国管分层流的数学方程。通过数值求解分层流的数学方程, 得到了对工程实际应用有重要价值的流动规律。应用圆管两相分层流的流动规律, 可以实现高粘流体的高效率输送。

     

    Abstract: Starting from N-S equations of fluid mechanics, the flow mathematical model of two-phase flow in pipe is established. On the basis of fluid mechanics analysis on the interaction of two-phase stratified laminar flow in pipe, a system of mathematical equations to completely describe the stratified laminar flow in pipe is obtained. By means of the numerical solution to deal with the systematical equations, the important flow laws to actual engineering are obtained. Applying the laws, the high-effectively transporting of viscous fluid can realize.
