30 000m3外浮顶罐底板穿孔原因分析及修复

Case Analysis on the Perforation of Bottom Plate of a 30 000 m3 Floating Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 分析了外浮顶罐罐底板发生泄漏的原因, 介绍了修复方案及实施过程。指出浮盘支撑与罐底板间的撞击化学腐蚀的共同作用对罐底板的损伤最严重。在日常操作过程中, 应尽量使浮盘不落底, 同时要做好灌底板的防刺保护。

     

    Abstract: A case analysis on the perforation of bottom plate of a 30 000 m3 floating roof tank is made. It is pointed out that the impact of roof columns to the tank bottom plate when liquid level is up and down and chemical corrosion are the major causes to the perforation of bottom plate. The paper introduces the maintenance program and repairing process. The article considers that the floating deck should not be settled down to the bottom plate if possible (except special needs) to avoid the impacting in daily operation of tank, the lower sulfur content for the crude oil stored is, the better it is, and the corrosion control measurements should be taken into account prior to the construction of oil tank.
