长距离天然气管道抢修技术

The First-aid Repair Technology Used in Long Distance Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据长距离天然气管道的管理经验, 针对天然气管道出现的突发性泄漏, 在分析各类天然气管道抢修方法的基础上, 提出了一种适用于长输天然气管道的抢修方法, 即不停输换管法。该方法具有不停输或最大限度地减少停输时间、降低因抢修而造成的损失以及安全性高等优点。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the sudden leakage occurred in long-distance gas transmission pipeline, an effective first-aid repair method, a non-shutdown and without pipe replacement method, to deal with it is put forward on the basis of analyzing the all first-aid repair methods for the long-distance gas pipeline. In the article, the operation principle and in-line pipe replacement procedures of this method are introduced, also the shortcomings of the method are given. The advantage of the method is that the accident pipe section can be replaced on the in-line basis way, or the shutdown time can be decreased to a considerable degree, and non-loss or lower-loss and high safety of pipeline can be realized with this method.
