Analysis on the Top Unstability of Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 针对油罐罐顶的失稳问题, 从影响罐顶稳定性的原因和校核两个方面, 对光球壳和加筋球壳两种罐顶结构进行了分析。列举了罐顶外载荷和罐顶稳定性校核公式, 总结了罐顶失稳分析的步骤和方法, 对几起典型的罐顶失稳实例进行了研究, 指出罐顶外载荷超载、罐顶板腐蚀减薄、安装制造质量的缺陷是导致罐顶失稳的重要原因。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the top unstability of oil tank, an analysis on the structures of spherical shell and stiffener is carried out from the reason influencing the stability of tank top and calculation. The article summaries the analysis methods and analysis steps of top unstability of oil tank and gives some equations to compute the top outer loading of tank and the top stability of tank. Some typical cases of top unstability of oil tank are studied. It is pointed out that the outer overloading of tank top, the thinner of top-plate by corrosion and defects produced in manufacture and installation result in the top unstability of tank. To avoid the top unstability of tank, the serious attention must be given to the design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of tank top.
