轻油泵房辅助卸油装置优化设计

Optimized Design on the Auxiliary Unloading System for Light Oil Pump Controlling Room

  • 摘要: 在铁路轻油罐车装卸工艺中, 采用轻油泵房辅助卸油装置可以替代现有泵房工艺流程中的真空系统。在理论分析、模拟试验和实际使用的基础上, 对辅助卸油装置的结构进行了优化设计。实际应用表明, 轻油泵房辅助卸油装置工艺流程比真空系统工艺流程具有更大的优越性, 是对轻油泵房真空系统的技术创新, 对石油化工企业轻油泵房的改造具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In the unloading process of light oil of tank car, the auxiliary unloading system of light oil pump controlling room is used to substitute the current vacuum unloading system. On the basis of theoretical analyses, simulation tests and application actuality, an optimized design on the structure of auxiliary unloading system is made. The site application of the newly-designed system shows that the new system has significant advantages than that of vacuum unloading system, which eliminates the defects existed in vacuum unloading system and can be widely used in petrochemical enterprises.
