牺牲阳极法在油田油罐防腐中的应用

The Application of Sacrificial Protection Method in Corrosion Control of Tank in Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对油田外输油罐下部和底部严重腐蚀的问题, 提出采用牺牲阳极法与玻璃鳞片涂料对油罐进行联合保护。介绍了牺牲阳极法阳极的重量和数量的计算方法。实际应用情况表明, 这种联合防护措施对油田油罐具有良好的防腐效果。

     

    Abstract: In the light of serious corrosion at the lower location and bottom location of oil tanks in Gudao Oil Production Station of Shengli Oilfield, the sacrificial protection method with flake glass-filled coating to protect the corroded tanks are presented. The corrosion cause of the oil tanks is analyzed. Four causes result in the corrosion, that is, the oil water mixture produced from oil well contains many harmful substances such as sulphide, inorganic salt and organic acid, which forms acidic electrolytic cell to corrode tank; the corrosion cell exists with different squares in tank itself; the dirtiness corrosion induced by the sediment takes place and the corrosion is from the tank heating coil when it operates. Therefore, the sacrificial protection method with flake glass-filled coating to protect the corroded tanks is used. The Al-Zn-Cd anode is adopted to protect the tank bottom. The calculation on the weight and number of the anode is conducted. The corrosion inspection results of two oil tanks after one year's operation show that the tanks are operated with a good performance without any corrosion to be found.
