断电法消除管道阴极保护电位IR降的研究

Study on Abilities of the Current-cut-off Method to Eliminate IR Drops inherent in Cathodic Protective Potentials

  • 摘要: 通常采用断电法来消除地表测到的埋地管道阴极保护电位(通电电位)含有的各种IR降, 但在某些情况下, 得到的断电电位并不等于实际的对地电位。可将这些误差区分为断电法可消除的误差IsR和未被消除的误差V0。介绍了应用馈电试验曲线计算IsRV0的方法, 并讨论了介质电阻率和杂散电流对它们的影响。

     

    Abstract: On potentials taken at the ground surface of cathodic protection (CP) for the buried pipelines are plagued with errors due to numerous IR drops. The current-cut-off methods were commonly used to correct these errors. But the OFF potentials reading by current-cut-off methods were not equal to true polarization potentials in some cases. In this paper, these errors were divided into two parts, marked as ISR (corrected in OFF potential) and V0 (uncorrected). The feeding test curves were introduced as the methods to analyze the errors of ISR and V0. The effects of media resistivity and the stray currents on their values were also discussed.
