装配式输油管道水击波速计算与试验研究

Study on the Water Hammer Wave Speed in Field Petroleum Pipeline

  • 摘要: 研究了装配式输油管道连接器连接方式对水击波速的影响, 得出了橡胶在受到约束时, 其弹性模量随所受压力的变化而变化的规律, 推导出装配式输油管道水击波速平均计算方法。设计并试验测量了装配式输油管道的水击波速.将试验结果与提出的水击波速计算公式的计算结果作了对比, 验证了公式的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influence of wave speed of water hammer on the field petroleum pipeline connected with the coupling method is studied. The experimental study on the variation laws of rubber's modulus with pressure is carried out when its deformation is constricted in one direction. The average computational method is deduced to calculate the wave speed, and the formula indicates that the wave speed in field petroleum pipeline increases with the pipe's inner pressure.
