压力容器制造中存在的问题及解决方案

The Method to Solve Problems existed in the Manufacture of Pressure Vessel

  • 摘要: 通过对压力容器在制造过程中出现的问题进行理论分析和计算, 提出了如何控制钢板的最小弯曲半径、消除钢板端部剩余直边、调整三辊卷板机参数等具体方法。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the method to solve problems existd in the manufacture of pressure vessel is presented. The problems mclude how 10 control the minimum bending radius of steel plate, to eliminate the residual rectangularity of plate end and to adjust the parameters of 3 roller plate bender. The theoretial analysis is made on these problems and the method to solve the problems is presented by means of calculation.
