国产热媒炉低温腐蚀的研究

Study on the Low Temperature Corrosion of Home made Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 阐述了国产热媒炉低温腐蚀对输油管道运行造成的危害。通过对国产热媒炉低温腐蚀机理的研究, 提出了金属管壁的温度是造成酸露点腐蚀的主要因素, 而酸露点又严重地制约着排烟温度的降低。因此, 可采用抗低温腐蚀材料缓解腐蚀, 并提高空气入口温度、降低水蒸气、改变对流换热系数和采用热管空气预热器等措施预防低温腐蚀, 从而控制金属管壁的温度, 以保证热媒炉的高效运行。

     

    Abstract: Through analyzing the mechanism of low temperature corrosion of home-made heat medium heater and its harm to the in-line oil pipeline, it is pointed out that the temperature of heater tube is important factor to form acid dew point corrosion, which constrains seriously the gas discharge temperature in a low temperature way. Therefore, anti -low temperature corrosion material can be adopted to inhibit the corrosion, and other corrosion control measures include increasing the air inlet temperature decreasing the dew point of water vapour, varying convective heat-transfer coefficient, using hot-tube air preheater.
