气田地面集输管网系统的优化设计

  • 摘要: 气田地面集输管网系统是气田地面工程中一个投资巨大、内容复杂的系统, 对这个系统进行优化设计, 可获得显著的经济效益。气田地面集输系统优化, 即是寻求站址、管网布局以及管径、壁厚等主要工艺参数的最佳组合, 使得整个系统在技术上可行, 经济上最优。通过分级优化和模型协调法, 将复杂的气田地面集输系统整体优化问题先分解为若干子问题, 分阶段进行优化, 然后应用模型协调法, 协调管网布局和参数的关系, 最终解决气田地面集输系统的整体优化问题。

     

    Abstract: The natural gas gathering pipeline network is a costly and complex system of gas ground engineering. The optimal design of gas gathering network system is to find a optimal combination of mam technical pa rameters which include station location, pipeline configuration, pipeline diameter and wall thickness. In this paper, by using grading optimization and model harmony method, the whole of the complex optimal design of gas gathering network system is divided into several subproblem firstly which can be optimized in turn, then the relation between pipeline configuration and pipeline parameters is coordinated by applying model harmony method. In this manner, the whole of the optimal design of gas gathering network system is solved.
