大庆原油管道热洗法清蜡技术应用
A Case of Wax Removal with Hot Diesel in a Short Oil Pipeline

摘要: 分析了大庆原油管道的运行状况, 针对在役原油管道的清蜡问题, 提出了高温轻柴油热洗法的清蜡处理技术, 通过对大庆原油与70℃热柴油在输送温度下管道中混油段的计算, 确定了热油冲洗过程中的混油切割方案, 实践证明, 该清蜡方法效果较好。Abstract: A Φ500 mm oil pipeline, with 6. 3 km in total length from Qiandian to the 2nd Refinery of Fushun, was put into operation in 1971. The serious wax deposition was found after more than 30 years' operation. According to the theoretical analysis results, the decision to in-line remove wax with 70℃ hot diescl is made. Before the wax removal, a calculation on the length of mixed section and the arrival time of mixed interface are made. A satisfactory wax removal result is obtained in line with the removal program. The maximum throughput of this pipeline is increased from 710-715 m3/h to 770-780 m3/h.
