输油站热媒炉的热平衡测试及分析

The Measurement and Analysis on the Thermal Equilibrium of Heat Medium Heater in Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 东营-黄岛输油管道使用的加热炉为美国CE-NATCI热媒炉, 原设计热效率为92.3%, 在热媒炉运行过程中, 发现其热效率远未达到设计值。为此, 选取一台热媒炉进行了热平衡测试并对测试数据进行了分析, 分析结果揭示了影响热媒炉热效率下降的原因, 提出了改进措施。

     

    Abstract: CE-NATCI heat medium heaters, imported from U. S. A. and used in Huangdao-Dongying Oil Pipeline, are operated with the design heat efficiency by 92. 3%. But this design value is found lower than the original one in actual operation. So, a thermal equilibrium measurement on a selected heat medium heater is conducted and an analysis on the measurement data is carried out. The analysis results reveal the factors influencing the heat efficiency. The improvement measures are given.
