管道阴极保护死区腐蚀分析及控制

Analysis and Corrosion Control of "Dead Zone "Corrosion of Oil Pipeline under the Cathodic Protection Condition

  • 摘要: 针对我国目前长输管道腐蚀现状, 介绍了在防腐层和外加强制电流阴极保护这种表观有效的双重保护体系下, 管道发生的一种腐蚀现象, 即阴极保护死区腐蚀, 阐述了形成阴极保护死区和产生腐蚀的原因, 结合阴极保护死区腐蚀的特点分析了腐蚀发生的机理, 提出了在实际工作中减轻阴极保护死区腐蚀的有效措施。

     

    Abstract: A corrosion phenomenon of pipeline that happened under the conditions of coating and impressed current protection is introduced. This phenomenon is called the "dead zone corrosion of oil pipeline" under the CP condition. The cause of the dead zone corrosion produced is described. Based on the features of the dead zone corrosion, the corrosion mechanism is analyzed. Some effective measures against this kind of corrosion are put forward in the paper.
