联合站改进工艺流程的节能效果分析

The Energy Saving Analysis on the Multi-purpose Station Operated with New Process Flow

  • 摘要: 对联合站原油流程进行了改造, 改造后的流程取消了缓冲罐和脱水泵, 并将电脱水改为自然沉降脱水。对流程改造前后的各项运行参数进行了对比, 结果表明, 流程改造后联合站的能耗有了大幅度下降, 提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The technical reform of crude oil process flow on Wensan Multi-purpose Station is taken. In the new process flow, the surge tank and dehydration pump are dismissed, the electric dehydration is changed to natural settling dehydration. The operating parameters between the old and new process flow are compared. The results show that the energy consumption is greatly cut down with the new process flow.
